Elevating St John’s liturgy with music continues to be a source of joy that guides our ministry in singing God’s praises throughout the year.

The Sunday 11 o’clock 7-voiced (w/ 2 musicians) choir typically presents contemporary music selections from Oregon Catholic Press publications with more traditional selections added as appropriate to support given liturgies. Saturday’s 5:30 Mass is accompanied by a vocalist/musician-vocalist duo who also base their selections from the OCP publications.

Both groups have been supporting St John’s liturgies for many years and have developed extensive repertoires that enable varied yet familiar selections. New pieces are seasonally added to freshen and further extend the selections. We are both fortunate to enjoy enthusiastic support from the parish and as always, we welcome new members that will compliment our music ministry!
